• Dairy Operations Data: Milk delivery entries (liters, fat/rate, AM/PM shift, dates) and financial records (advances, deductions, cattle feed purchases) to calculate your bills.

We use the collected information solely to operate and improve the DairyFlow app, including:

• Authenticating your login requests via username/password or secure OTP.
• Tracking milk delivery history and calculating automatic billing.
• Managing record logs for customer advances and cattle feed deductions.
• Displaying statistics and dashboard data relevant to your dairy farm.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data is only processed internally to perform calculations for your farm's records, except when sending SMS via our third-party provider (Fast2SMS) to deliver verification OTPs to your registered phone number.
